About Me
I’ve been a fitness enthusiast for over a decade, exploring everything from powerlifting and bodybuilding to cross-training. For me, fitness is more than exercise, it’s a way to feel strong and affirmed in my body.
I also recognize that fitness spaces can often feel unwelcoming, especially for queer and trans individuals. My goal is to create an inclusive, affirming environment where you can move with confidence, grow stronger, and feel supported every step of the way.
I want to work alongside you to reduce barriers to fitness, whether that’s navigating gendered spaces, overcoming past negative experiences, or finding approaches to movement that truly affirm who you are.
